Payment Options
Payment by debit/credit card:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Payment by credit card ensures your order is processed for shipping immediately.
We also accept debit cards: please be aware that by using a debit card, your bank may put an authorization hold on your account for up to the full amount. Your bank will process the actual payment under a separate transaction and it may appear that your account has been double charged for a few days. Your bank will release the held funds back to your account a few days later. Because of this possibility, we recommend the use of a credit card over the use of a debit card.
PayPal is also an available option within the credit card section. In addition, payment via online check may also be available, if your account with PayPal is configured for it. Please contact PayPal directly if you have any questions about online checks.
An important note regarding PayPal:
PayPal authorizations are valid for up to 30 days only. This is very important to understand, should your order happen to contain any items on backorder which do not become available within 30 days of placing your order. If you select payment by PayPal, any items that remain on back order beyond 30 days will be canceled by PayPal. You will be welcome to reorder any such items, should this happen, but be aware that your reorder will be placed "at the end of the line" in terms of priority. Orders are fulfilled on a first come, first serve basis, so when the back ordered item becomes available, it will ship based on the date of the reorder, not the original order date which Paypal canceled.
Change/error in card information:
If you need to make a change or correct an error in the information you entered, please contact us. Do not click your browser's back button once you have submitted your order, as this may cause multiple charges to your credit card.
Payment by check or money order:
To pay by check, money order or cashier's check, select the "Pre-Pay by Check or Money Order" option next to the Payment Terms in the Payment Information page. The credit card information section will disappear.
Once you are completely done with your order, mail in the confirmation page with your check, money order or cashier's check.
For payments made by Money Order or Cashier's Check, it will take approximately 5 days for your order to be fully processed and ready for shipment after we receive your payment.
If you pay by personal check, your order will be approved 10 business days after we receive your check. Please allow at least 3 weeks for processing from the date we receive your check.
To avoid further delays in processing your order, do not make any changes to it. If you decide to change your order before it has been fully processed please contact us to discuss your options.
Payments by check or money order must be received within 10 days of submitting your order. If your payment is not received within 10 days, your order will automatically be canceled and any reserved stock will be released back to inventory for sale.
