My Order
Cancel/change a book or entire order:
Once an order is submitted on the website, it can't be canceled, except for any item that may be on back order. To cancel a back ordered item, please contact us immediately. You may return books for credit. Shipping/handling charges are non-refundable.
Problem with condition of received book:
Please review the used book policy. Otherwise please contact us for any of the following problems within 30 days of receiving the shipment.
- Book was obviously damaged in shipping
- You ordered a new book but received a used book
- You ordered a used book and it is unacceptable:
Missing pages, profanity, book cover falling/torn off, extreme water damage, mold/mildew, foul smelling/stinky, markings that interfere with majority of text, and/or book is simply not readable.
Changing address before order arrives:
Once your order has been submitted on the website, it is not possible for us to change the delivery address. Once it has shipped, you may make arrangements with someone at the original shipping address to pick up your books. You may also try to contact UPS to see if they have any options available - please have your tracking number ready and call 1-800-742-5877.
Book not received:
Please check your Order History to see if the book has been shipped. You may view your order history from the "My Account" page by clicking on the "My Account" link at the top of the screen. From there, click on "See Orders." If you are still unsure, please contact us with your ordering information to check on your missing book.
Book damaged in shipment:
If you receive a book that was damaged in shipment please contact us. We will email a return label to you to send the damaged book back for full credit and will replace it with a copy of equal or higher condition, as available (subject to back order). Please note that all damage and shortage claims must be made within 30 days of delivery.
