Receiving Notices


Confirmation by email:


MySchoolBookstore.com confirms new account information, orders (placements and shipments), returns, and BuyBacks by email. Obviously, if the email address for your account is not valid we will not be able to send notices to you. Please be sure to use the correct email address when creating your account.


You may view or edit your email address by clicking on the "My Account" link at the top of the home page and then clicking on the "Change Email & Password" link in the left-side panel.


Order confirmation:


If you did not receive an email with a confirmation of your order within two hours of placing it, please do the following:


  • Verify your email address by clicking on the "My Account" link at the top of the home page and then clicking on the "Change Email & Password" link in the left-side panel.
  • Click on the "My Account" link at the top of the page and then click on the "See Orders" link in the Orders section to verify your order is listed.
  • If no order is listed please contact us for further assistance.

Shipment confirmation/tracking:


Your shipment confirmation is sent to you after your order is picked up by UPS. When you receive the email you can track your package and see its expected delivery date by clicking on the tracking number to link to the UPS web site. If your books are on back order please read our back order policy. If your tracking number does not work, please give it 24 hours for UPS to register the number.
